Refund and Exchange Policies

Divinity Crown Refund and Exchange Policies,

For Returns you have 28 day to post the product back to our local address, ensure your order number or names placed on the packaging, please deliver through 1st class, ideally tracked. Give us atleast 5 day for another product to be delivered to you. If you don't receive your products within 14 days, we will ensure you get 50% off on your next purchase. If you receive the wrong product we will compensate you with the same product, without any delivery fees.

Refunds, if you change your mind, please give a reason why, and give us at least 5 days to refund you. 

The product must be in good condition or it will not be processed:

  1.  Labelled 
  2.  Product NOT contaminated
  3. Bottle or jar not damaged
